Welcome to LOTTEDS. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully — we've written them in plain language because transparency is the foundation of everything we do.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. PRODUCTS & DESIGN INSPIRATION

All LOTTEDS pieces are independently designed, inspired by the architectural jewelry traditions of Rome and other great design houses. We create our own original interpretations — honoring classic silhouettes while using modern, skin-safe materials. LOTTEDS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any third-party luxury brand.

Product images are taken under professional lighting to represent each piece as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to screen settings and the hand-finished nature of our jewelry.

3. MATERIALS & CRAFTSMANSHIP

Our jewelry is crafted from:

• 316L Stainless Steel — Surgical-grade, nickel-free, biocompatible. The same material used in medical implants.
• 316L Stainless Steel with Titanium Finish — Enhanced surface hardness for pieces requiring extra scratch resistance.
• 925 Sterling Silver — Solid sterling silver. No brass core. No shortcuts.
• PVD Gold Plating — A vacuum-bonded 18K gold layer, significantly thicker than traditional electroplating.
• Lab-Grown Diamonds & Moissanite — Ethically created stones, chemically identical to mined gems.

With proper care, our pieces maintain their brilliance for years. Natural characteristics of sterling silver (including oxidation over time) are not defects — they are proof of authenticity and can be restored with the polishing cloth included in every LOTTEDS box.

4. JEWELRY CARE

To ensure your LOTTEDS piece lasts a lifetime:

• Apply perfumes, lotions, and hair products before putting on your jewelry
• Rinse and dry after exposure to saltwater or chlorine
• Store in the original LOTTEDS box with the anti-tarnish strip included
• Use the provided polishing cloth for routine brilliance restoration

5. WATER EXPOSURE

Our 316L stainless steel and PVD-finished pieces are water-resistant and can be worn while washing hands or in light rain. However, we recommend removing jewelry before swimming, bathing, or prolonged water immersion. Always dry your pieces thoroughly after any water exposure.

6. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All transactions undergo standard fraud prevention screening. We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged by our security systems — we will always notify you promptly if this occurs.

7. SHIPPING

All orders ship via air freight priority (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Estimated delivery times:

• USA: 5–8 business days
• UK: 3–5 business days
• Europe: 6–10 business days
• Rest of World: 7–15 business days

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email info@lottedsteam.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Full details: Returns Policy.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION

• Within 10 hours of placing order: Free cancellation, full refund.
• 10–24 hours: Cancellation with a small processing fee.
• After shipment: Cancellation not available. Please initiate a return after delivery.

10. WARRANTY

Every LOTTEDS piece is backed by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers:

• Stone loosening or loss due to setting failure
• Clasp or hinge malfunction
• Structural defects in the metalwork

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. We provide free replacement parts for life — contact our team for assistance.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including designs, photographs, text, and logos — is the property of LOTTEDS and is protected by international copyright laws. Our designs are original interpretations inspired by classical jewelry traditions.

12. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. This includes unauthorized reselling, false representation, or any activity that disrupts the experience of other customers.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOTTEDS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

14. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
