We collect what an order needs, and what a buy-back promise needs. Not more.

What we collect

  • To fulfil an order: name, delivery address, email, payment confirmation from our processor. We do not see or store your card number.
  • To honour the buy-back promise: the piece number, the price you paid, the date, and the email you used. This is your Asset File.
  • To verify a piece: the piece number plus the email on the order. That pairing is the only key, which is why we ask for both.
  • To run the store: order analytics and email marketing consent, where you gave it.

What we never do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share your email with another jewellery brand.
  • We do not use your photographs for advertising without asking in writing first.

How long we keep it

Order and Asset File records are kept for as long as the buy-back promise could be claimed, plus the period tax law requires — currently ten years for accounting records. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep, object to marketing, and ask for portability. Write to the address below; we answer within 30 days. If we cannot delete something because tax law requires us to keep it, we will tell you exactly which record and why.

Cookies

The store uses the cookies a checkout needs, plus analytics and, where you consent, advertising measurement. You can refuse the optional ones without losing any part of the buying experience.

Contact

Privacy requests: use the contact form on this site, or the address on your order confirmation. Requests are answered by a person, not an autoresponder.
